есть браузеры для людей со всеми обновлениями и нормальная ОС (седьмой винды вполне достаточно). если нет такого, то твои проблемы

vosmidesijatye, немного света в твою тёмную жизнь. Роскомнадзор сам ничё не блокирует, он выдаёт требование провайдерам заблокировать ту или иную страницу. Так вот, не все из них заморачиваются, а тупо блочат весь сайт и похрену им

От провайдера зависит. Наш местный блокировал пару лет назад, причем у остальных судя по монитору доступности было все ок. Даже петицию им писал, чтобы разблокировали. И вот опять(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile2.gif)
