Правила простые, как в песнях у Старичка:

1. Традиционно называем 3 альбома, расставляя их по ранжиру, когда 1 место получает 4 балла, 2 — 3 балла и 3 — 2 балла.
2. Можно назвать 2 альбома, но тогда 1 получит 3 балла, а 2 — 2. Или один альбом, но он получит всего 2 балла.
3. Дедлайн - 50 голосов или 22 июля. UPD 27-28 ИЮНЯ.
4. Целесообразность 2 тура обсуждается.
5. Голосовалка в шапке ни на что не влияет, работает как ложный индикатор.

На самом деле, проголосуй здесь хоть 50 000, всё равно бы победил Пейнкиллер, уж больно нерушим (и заслуженно) авторитет этого альбома. Вот если бы это была голосовалка по восьмидесятым (а 1990й год, как ни крути, относится к восьмидесятым), то там могла бы быть заруба с РИБом и Мастером.
