Особо не интересовался проектом. Просто под руку попался.
Это нынче такой блек атмосфериком называют?
У меня весь альбом было стойкое чувство что я слушаю какой-нибудь ранний Dimmu Borgir или Ancient, или что-то в таком роде.
Это я к тому что такую музыку вроде всю жизнь называли симфо блэком. А теперь везде атмосферик лепят.

Худшая работа Grimspirit-a после Funeral Sorcery... Заместо стиля 2004 года который мы заслужили послушали послушали, легли и зарюмсали...

2017 - год сплошных разочарований и на этом альбоме тезису точка! Обильные накипи тотальной халтури и нежелания вылизывать сырую недоделанную работу до блеска.

Archaic Magic... A Cenotaph Below the Cursed Moon - говорит о том, что его творческий потенциал скоро иссякнет...

Да ты щас наговоришь. Ранний Ancient с Dimmu Borgir (до 97-го) никогда симфо-блэком не называли, во всяком случае в широких кругах.
Да и на сабже я его не слышу... В моём понимании симфо - это что-то другое, например Dimmu Borgir 97. С таким успехом и дебютник Satyricon можно симфой назвать. С чем я категорически не соглашусь....
Но то, что сабж атмосферик - с этим я тоже не согласен))

и чего кому не нравится, нормальный сабж, выше головы тут прыгать не стоит и заморачиватся тоже, лес, сугробы, мороз, всё как надо.
а сравнивать с предыдущими опусами не охота, они у него все характерно похожи, то есть мужик держит марку и стиль.

Альбомом года называть не буду но сделано все на твердую 4+ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/20.gif)
Его творчество мне идет под настроение, сейчас зима и это самое то.
После, да и во время прослушивания не покидало ощущение что он черпал вдохновение для этого альбома у норвежских команд из 90-ых которые активно использовали синтезатор и еще слышится реверанс в сторону, раннего и каноничного Vinterriket...

Изысканно-старомодно. На фоне инкубаторских депрессивных поделок в жанре "атмосферик блэк", которые рука тянется выключить уже на первом треке, просто бальзам на душу. Однозначно в топ года.
