But where did you get this release?
There is a lot of artefatcs and bandwidth is very limited. (13.7 kHz)

the mp3 encoder was not setup correctly/or these 192kps are re-encoding of lower bitrate mp3.
Usually, mp3 between 128kbps & 192kbps have low pass limit @ 16 kHz.

EDIT: I did a little search and found better.
