Несмотря на преграды и блокировки мы добрались до 2 тура.

В первом туре Альбом 2013 года в жанре technical / progressive death. Тур1
21 металариец назвал 47 альбомов, несчитая тех, которые вызвали споры и были определены в неформат.
Всего около полусотни, что чуть ниже обычных показателей по году, - объяснение простое - 5 лет прошло!

Проходной балл 6 чудесным образом оставил за бортом еще пару спорных альбомов и на выходе имеем мощный топ-19 в алфавитном порядке :

В финал, как водится, выйдут самые достойные альбомы, числом не менее 3 и не более 5.
Правила выбора почти неизменны.
У каждого голосующего есть 9 баллов, а каждый альбом может быть оценен в 1 или 2 балла.
При этом каждый избирательный протокол должен содержать от 3 (это необходимый минимум) до 9 альбомов из топ-19 с указанием 1 или 2 балла.
Если меньше 3 альбомов, то голос учтен не будет.
В сумме не более 9 баллов.
