Итак, господа, коллективный разум МеталАреи (представленный на этот раз относительно скромными 42-мя списками, за что стоит "поблагодарить" ленивцев (IMG:style_emoticons/default/25.gif) ) выбрал для плэй-офф 1997-1999 гг. 26 альбомов:

Напоминаю систему оценивания:
+2 - горячее одобрение (да, отличный альбом, преступно недооцененный, должен стоять в одном ряду с признанной классикой)
+1 - сдержанное одобрение (да, неплохо, в один ряд с классикой не поставлю, но альбом хороший, годный),
-1 - неодобрение (ничего особенного, может, и неплохо, но восторгаться здесь определенно нечем, правильно его недооценивают)

Дополнительно по одному разу допускается выставить сверх-баллы:
+3 - чистый восторг и обожание (Old Vyaine Edition) - если в списке встретился альбом, который Вам особенно дорог и Вы ну очень хотите его возвысить над всеми.
-2 - "никому не нужное подвальное гуано"(Exorcist Edition) - так ненавидите альбом, что прям кюшать не можете.

Arckanum - Kostogher +1 хороший альбом у них, особенно разгоняется к середине, безумно распирает энергиями
Blackstar - Barbed Wire Soul +1 интересный альбом, не торкает дико но и не навевает негатива, а это подкупает поэтому оценка положительная
Broken Hope - Loathing +2 хорошая вещь, вообще "хопы" чаще известны любителям дета, которые погрузились в направление рассматривая дотошно флагманские группы и комбинации аранжировок. Своими заслугами они открыли отдельную веху, которая в силу специфики воспринята не всеми, а жаль
Gods Tower - The Turns +1 разбитной такой альбом, не сильно он вызвал одобрение, а и минусить резко не за что, да и может настрой не тот
Jungle Rot - Slaughter the Weak +1 первые штуки у них очень даже, далее пошло по разному, медлячники они в основном, вот недавно жахнули альбом пободрее, а их все обо.. пытаются. Скоро и такого не будет, будет, например, болото соплерастии в дете, посмотрим как запоете
Martyr - Hopeless Hopes +3 сочнейший альбом виртуозного проекта, синтез сухой техники, агрессии и украшательств классического дета, исполненных тоже на пике мастерства, врыв, такскть, легенды канадской техники
Phlebotomized - Skycontact +1 если даже альбом не западет в душу, послушать для знакомства весьма интересно, но это не пик уже формации, если только хронологически, а так, кому как
Sadist - Crust +1 хорошо, заковыристо, но некоторые финтифлюшки поднапрягали и продолжают это делать
Theory In Practice - Third Eye Function +1 хороший альбом однозначно, выбранная колба наполнена полностью отточенными ритмами, рифами и технико-демонстративными перформансами
Urgehal - Arma Christi +1 из пролезщей блечины эталонный смрад смертоубийства, хулы, да еще и музыкально с каноническими норвежскими блековыми мелодиками и протоблековыми отзвуками, искренняя пластина, шпигует нутро грязью что надо
Кипелов/Маврин - Смутное Время +1 не очень ценю альбом, за его попури-образность, но музыканты вообще заслуживают одобрения, тем более много ли альбомов наших, о которых можно сказать: "просто хороший альбом, возьми и послушай"

Dæmonarch - Hermeticum -1 мозайка из дарковых ходов, на грани с блечиной, но этот звук скрежещущий, гроул зачем то впихнуть умудрились, какой Мунспел, тут даже и самый тухлый Мунспел не пасется
Dan Swano ‎- Moontower +1 альбом странен тем, что вызывает смех, да эти клавишные, ту-руру трутуту, как на дискаче, умилительные какие-то, но он не плохой, любопытный
Darkwoods My Betrothed - Witch-Hunts +2 группа пробирае дико, безумная напористая чернь, с этим альбомом в том числе, а от переливов с едким вокалом, клавишных хоралов, чуешь раскаты в районе позвоночника и причастность к какой-то вакханалии
Mithotyn ‎- King Of The Distant Forest +1 интересен тем, что фолк замешан на эпичной блековой основе, вообще кто по такой теме очень угорел, для того это серьезная и большая работа, очень хорошо
Skepticism - Lead And Aether +1 минималистичный, погружняковый фьюнерал, клево его прогнать и послушать каждую ноту этого шаманства, некротической кладбищенской мелодики
Thy Serpent - Christcrusher +1 хорош альбом некоторыми моментами, да он не дико силен, но слушается нормально

Betray My Secrets - Betray My Secrets +1 что тут сказать, отличный альбом с этникой, он даже не шибко и готик если присмотреться, это такой подвид экстримального метала, миксуемые жанры очень дополнили друг друга и получилось что с альбома как-бы должны быть "плюс уши"
Godgory - Resurrection +1 мелодетовое промотал, остальное зачет
Lock Up - Pleasures Pave Sewers +1 детграиндовая инфернальная рубочка от знатоков такого расколбаса
