Торквемада сэвэнти уан - натуральный хит, целый день могу эту песню слушать. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/27.gif) Очень качевая вещь, припев запоминается и еще долго ненавязчиво вертится в голове. А вообще альбом мне очень понравился - куда больше рок, чем метал, причем рок прямиком из конца 60-х, разве что тогда гитары так не перегружали. Хотя, стоит отметить, что рычащий звук группы все-таки немного облегчился и выровнялся на этом альбоме, очевидно, в угоду духу того самого старого рока. Сладжа здесь уже нет, но нервые шумные соло и редкий остервенелый скрип присутствуют в полной мере. Что главное - Блэк Саббат слышны отчетливо, как Визарды и обещали, особенно в песне Dunwitch, в которой и ритм, и мелодия, и особенно вокал - все звучит как неожиданное в конце 2007-го года эхо того, что бирмингемские ветераны придумали в начале 70-х. Грязный, прокуренный, сырой и болезенный рок, вязкий, как сон наркомана - Визарды выдали зае*атый альбом, пусть идея обратиться к корням и общий ретро настрой не всем пришлись по вкусу.

Как Визарды любят словесные повторы и рефрены - здесь есть песня, которая в несколько измененном словесном варианте присутствует на альбоме 2002 года. А новый сингл этого года - так и вообще заимствование куска текста из их же песни, не помню только какой. Но сама группа - ШИК, конечно, только недавно в них по полной въехал.

Этот - нифига не злой. Он медитативный. лиричный. Мягкий но ОСАТАНЕЛЫЙ. А вот дебют как то прост для меня. Не цепляет. Вот с ДОПТРОНА пошел замес. А уж ЛЕТ АС ПРЕЙ - ВООБЩЕ АД.

Согласен, последующие альбомы вообще не слушаю никогда, хотя многократно пытался. Да и звук какой-то пластмассовый совсем стал там. Здесь же - превосходный винтажный!

В корне не согласен. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/23.gif) И если 2010 еще можно обвинить в некой попсовости то 2014 это один из их самых хороших релизов - предельно мрачный, с дремучим звуком и цепкими песнями.
