По-моему, очень даже интересная команда. У них творчество несколько неровное - то есть в каждом альбоме есть не очень удачные композиции, но в целом можно говорить о поступательном развитии. 2008-й был почти обычным трэшем, 2009-й - уже сложнее, 2011-й - уже вполне техно-прог-дэт, потом был небольшой провал с миньоном 2013-го, а дальше все прогрессивнее и прогрессивнее. В этом релизе тенденция неровности сохранилась, все интересное начинается где-то ближе к середине. Надо просто дослушать.

Счастья не случилось, такое же унылое гуано как и на двух последних альбомах. Хотя пахнет посвежее (IMG:style_emoticons/default/25.gif) Может в будущем и одумаются, хотя сомневаюсь.

clear disappointment; the guys continue their fluctuating, up-and-down trajectory, releasing one good technical and then one not so good, less technical album. It's difficult to view them as one of the better acts on the scene at the moment; besides, they already have a lot of works, releasing an album every two years or so... like a conveyor. Not surprising that the music is not that good

Альбом посвежее многих предшественников, выпущенных под именем Revocation.
Техника - заметна, корни Death и Thrash очевидно видны, хотя и чувствуется в этом салате приправка из модерновинки, но в пропорции не вызывающей отторжения. Как по мне - это можно слушать и даже с не без определенного удовольствия. Запись чистая, композиции откалиброваны и равновесны, что важно и подкупает -нет мельтешения и судорожной дерготни, аранжировки доведены до ума. Скуки не вызывает, атмосферку создает.

Да, немаловажным будет похвалить обложку, которую делал некий Том Шторм. Этот парень создал лучший арт, который когда-либо украшал работы Revocation.
