Yes, almost all CCR releases, including compilations, made a lot of money, but the members barely got anything.
John Fogerty's book "Fortunate Son, My Life, My Music"(2015) reveals how the rest of the band including his brother, conspired with Fantasy Records to rip him off and even took him to court, so he sued them back.
John Fogerty lost a lot of money.
The other 3 band members were fools because John knew they could get much more money if they stuck together with him, but they accepted the lies of Fantasy Records owner Saul Zaentz.
The three others took the quick money even though it was millions less than what they should get, only because they also were given solo album contracts too.
Solo albums that didn't sell, because nobody cared.
