Thornclad are a slightly above average outfit who play a rather old school sounding rendition of Kreator and Sodom-like tunes. While some good ideas do ooze out of Coronation of the Wicked, its probably not enough to turn all that many heads. Still, this album has just enough good material to make it a worthy purchase for the fan who has everything else already. Register
