"Unaussprechlichen Kulten" is the title of a fictional book by H.P. Lovecraft, mentioned in Robert E. Howard's short story "The Black Stone". Like the title of the book, the band's name is grammatically incorrect German. It should either be "Von unaussprechlichen Kulten" ("Of unspeakable/indescribable/unpronounceable cults") or "Unaussprechliche Kulte" ("[..] cults").
