Чел, если ты качаешь путём UniversalShareDownloader-ем - то так и надо - он такой временный файл создаёт. Когда докачает - переименовывает.
Если не докачает и оборвёт закачку (если не ты сам оборвал её) - будет лежать вот такое rsapi.cgi
Попробуй его RAR-ом разорхивировать - должно рапаковаться. И у меня только 1 раз на 100 было, что этот файл распаковался до конца, с 10-ок других таких закачек оборванных матюкнулись под конец - что последний файл выковырять нельзя. Как известно, рапидшара в обычном доступе докачивать не позволяет. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/6.gif) Так что эти десяток битых архивов пришлось потом перескачивать. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)
