Что-то вот очень долго обходил эту команду стороной, видимо в те года были другие пристрастия к музыке (как говорил мой друг - всякие Инкубусы, Ноктюрнусы, автобусы-троллейблусы).
Добрался всё-таки. И сразу убило наповал. И лишь только потом понял почему - где-то всё это я уже слышал только в другом исполнении и немного с другой техникой. И лишь в конце альбома всплыло в мозгу - "Mental Funeral"!
Это моё личное восприятие, но я в восторге как младенец.

Блин, поналепили треков, понаскрепляли... В целом звучание самого альбома мягче, чем у соотечественников, но это нисколько не портит картины. едевром назвать трудно, однако общая неторопливость и периодическое ускорение чрезвычайно приятны на слух. Записи с эпихи звучат еще лучше засчет общей сырости. Конкретно выделить ничего не могу, но все понравилось. Обложка альбома больше подходит для Enslaved, а вот облога эпихи крута и в тему!

Пришлось переслушивать, чтобы врубиться по полной - прекрасный олдскул дэт, именно такой, каким я его и обожаю - жирный, с замедлениями, но при этом оправдывающий звание смерть металла. Конечно, это не апогей жести, но это ТАК вкусно и прекрасно, что затягивает и оторваться невозможно. Аутопси пожёщьче будут, позверинее. В общем, к чему слова - этот альбом ВЕЛИК и ВЕЧЕН.

тащемта, могу сказать, как очевидец, что никакого ажиотажа по поводу ранних опусов сабжа не было.
в некоторых фанзинах их очень даже хвалили, но всегда в пику Энтомбед: "вот, мол, есть такие ребята - и они не похожи на Энтомбед! хотя, все вокруг утверждают, что похожи..." © (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)
