Познакомился недавно. Звук мне понравился, а вот содержание... Наверное, это надо было слушать тогда. Хотя даже тогда я не оценил бы Меконг Дельту выше Слэйера, Металлики, Антракса, Содома и Креатора.

Приверженцы диссонансов в трэш-метале и, возможно, стартаперы направления, засекреченные агенты групп Rage, Helloween, Masterplan и др. под руководством худ .рука с бас-гитарой по имени Ralph Hubert.

Не подчиняющиеся гармонии мелодические ходы, "перпендикулярный" вокал, хаотично мерцающие в диссонирующем ритм-полотне соло-партии.

Может, чисто музыкально Mekong Delta - это далеко не самое беспрепятственно льющееся в уши из того, что можно найти, но в плане развития жанровых форм, инициации чётких прогрессивных тенденций - явление для развития митола очень значимое.

Группа, смыкающая тяжёлую и классическую музыку эпизодическими отсылками к музыкальному наследию. На этом альбоме, например, звучит "Баба Яга" Мусоргского.

Любимые моменты альбома: 'The Cure' (02.22 - 02.50), 'The Hut of Baba Yaga' и 'Nightmare Patrol'.
