2005, кстати, очень хорош, хотя многие, наоборот, считают, что это самый неудачный у них альбом.
А меньше всего мне Даст нравится.

сам слышал только 2002-ого и 2005-ого года альбомы...оба очень понравились...
а ты бы мог выложить dust? хотелось бы очень послушать...и autumnul fires если есть (IMG:http://metalarea.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/11.gif)
они кстати вроде уже новый альбом записывают...

Ой, у меня даст в странном виде вроде бы: там и в 128, и в 192... и пожато разными кодеками.
AF был где-то, но вроде бы в 128.

Второй альбом печальной ирландской дэт/думовой команды, играющей всегда ровный и качественный материал. Недостаток один и тот же - однообразие. По сравнению с первым альбомом, мелодичность осталась на месте, всё те же два вокала (гроулинг и чистый), всё в общем и целом похоже. Единственно, ребята стали ещё чуть депрессивнее (а я думал, что уже некуда), местами просто тоска зелёная, прямо хоть в петлю (я, как джентельмен, пропущу вперёд). Вот она, оказывается, какая - дремучая ирландская тоска! Пожалуй, самая невесёлая (выразимся мягко) запись Mourning'ов из всех мной слышанных. В The Insolent Caul местами прорываются на авант-сцену очень забойные дэт/думовые рифы, и хотелось бы их побольше, но, к сожалению, как все дороги ведут на кладбище, так и все композиции ирландцев приходяк к общему тягуче-тоскливому знаменателю. И с мелодиями беда - при хорошем общем уровне игры ярких и запоминающихся мотивов практически нет. 7/10

В корне не согласен с Дерсу Узалой, что здесь "с мелодиями беда" и царит однообразие. Ну, а насчет тоски, печали и прочей депрессии, напоминаю, что мы всё-таки DOOM обсуждаем (его смертельную разновидность), не хумпу какую-нибудь..
Так что моё мнение не изменилось за 8 лет: это отличный английский дум, более того - это один из лучших альбомов 2002 года.
