Кто-нибудь может что-нибудь конструктивное сказать?.. качать не хочется, ибо предыдущие сольники у Йорна были неудачные... мне кажется, композитор сольный из него хилый. Хотя вокалист от бога... вот мне и интересно, тут все так же скучновато, как было раньше? Что-то поменялось или нет?

Я вот послушал только заглавную песню на майспейсе, и что-то меня не тянет качать...какой-то примитивненький хард, с невыразительной мелодией. Куплет от припева не отличить. Присоединяюсь к просьбе отписаться полностью прослушавшим.

Если коротко - альбом хороший. Для фанов Йорна, типа меня, мастхэв без вопросов. Я бы, вообще, с удовольствием мог слушать, наверное, даже телефонную книгу, пропетую этим человеком (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) . Первые сольники Ланде можно при желании (с некоторой натяжкой в сторону скепсиса) считать недостаточно выразительными. Но это только на фоне "Beyond Twilight" 2001 года, там, кстати, я впервые и услышал этот ГОЛОС! Со временем, поработав с кучей корифеев металла, Ланде, кажется, понял, как лучше использовать свои козыри. Прошлый альбом (The Duke) был на голову круче предыдущих, новый звучит еще приятнее. Мелодий хватает. Кто не слышит - или очень балованый или забыл, что это не мелодик-рок, а хэви да еще и прогрессив. Но даже здесь такое счастье, что не каждый так называемый "мелодист" способен выдать. Вобщем, качайте и слушайте. Не жмитесь по трафику:). Войсоверы не мешают.
Резюме - альбом не прорыв (или откровение), но серьезный шаг в сторону стабильности помноженной на качество. Это как любимое блюдо - вы же не отказываетесь от него, однажды отведав. И главный показатель для меня - буду переслушивать неоднократно. Это как раз то, чего я ждал.
P.S. Очень хороши гитары, намного лучше того "песка", что был на альбомах-перепевках прошлого года. Теперь ищу все проекты Торе Морена (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) .

Офигительнейший материал, крепчпайший альбом с минимумом проходных филлеров (1,2,6 трэки). Все 3 бонуса также великолепны. Альбом = жирное, наполненное взрывающими мозг мелодиями, красивым глубоким вокалом и необычной общей атмосферностью полотно. По сравнению с тем, что Йорик выпустил через год - никакого сравнения. За исключением вышеупомянутых трэков все вышеперечисленные песни просто рвут многие и многие альбомы жанра в мельчайшую труху.

Крайне рекомендую!
