Альбом получился продолжением прошлого по качеству звучания, но не по содержанию.
Минусы D.N.K. - гораздо меньше смены риффов. По сравнению с пиршеством "Обжигающего..." это огромный минус. Вокал теперь стал менее разборчивым, если раньше можно было различить каждое слово, то теперь приходится напрягаться, но если напрячь слух текст также можно разобрать.
И самый большой минус - куда-то пропала атмосфера Холода. Та чарующая атмосфера, что захватывала нас с первых же секунд "Обжигающего..." здесь имеется только на Bloodstained (на мой взгляд лучшей композиции альбома). Вместо Холода присутствует Ветер. Дикий.
Единственное чего стало больше - агрессии. На Культе она плещется через край, заставляя кровь кипеть. Совершенно безумный альбом.
Возможно некоторые будут разочарованы. Но неистово рвущий Ветер никогда не будет похож на неподвижный Холод Стужи.
Стихия. Культ.

Вокал мне не очень понравился (каркающий на "Withers of the Wind" был восхитителен, например), по музыке очень даже не плохо.Вообще альбом ближе к "Scalding Coldness", но этот мне больше понравился. Но всё же нехватает беспредела, который был на раННих альбомах, например на "Религия Духовного Насилия"

альбом послушал, но без энтузиазма.
