Avulsed's logo was designed by Luxi Lahtinen. Dave Rotten's first band was a band called Convulssion, way back in 1988. Dave Rotten owns the label Xtreem Music. Dave Rotten and Vicente Paya (Golgotha, Unbounded Terror) are currently working in a project in the vein of Sunn O))). The project's name is Unwom. On April 13th, 2008, Ricky suffered what seemed to be a mild stroke and had to be hospitalised, so the band had to cancel their headlining performance at the Delirium Festival near Paris, France, and will probably be forced to cancel their appearance at Underground Metal Festival in Lyon, France, as well.
