Additional notes

Alexander Kaschte lived in Marburg until he released the fourth album (Tineoidea) and moved to Austria near Vienna before releasing the fifth record (a.Ura), moving for a year to Dortmund and back again to Austria.

More sideprojects of Alexander Kaschte are Kazanian (became later a part of Samsas Traum); Auburn Meat (abandoned without official releases); Scher(b)en für Rapunzel (abandoned without releases) and Weena Morloch (formerly known as McBeth).

Samsas Traum is German for "Samsa's Dream". Gregor Samsa is the protagonist of the novella "The Metamorphosis" of the Czech author Franz Kafka.

Many of Samsas Traum`s lyrics are filled with metaphors, which describe the life situation of Alexander Kaschte at the time when he released/recorded an album.
