Возможно, это не лучший релиз австралийцев, но гитару они наконец-то прописали четче, что общему звучанию пошло только на пользу. А учитывая мою безграничную любовь к этой банде, оценка 9 из 10 выглядит вполне ожидаемой. Словом, 100% must have =)

Угу, вот и мне так показалось: порядок песен бы поменять. Но в любом случае (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif) Одна из моих любимых депрессив блэковых банд не подкачала... теперь с волнением жду апрельского релиза Mourning Dawn (пусть и не ДСБМ, но очень близко к нему по настроению)...

Well, I personally prefer the way the singer sings in this album, rather than the boring and laughable screams whose are a real proof that the guy was truly developed and devoted to what the 'buttsex' term is supposed to represent. I am not much into the whole 'depussive' black metal thing, but I will probably enjoy the release from the quick hearing on myspace. Long live the jews who invented the social networking, right? Еще не всё прослушал, но могу сказать, что хороший качественный депрессив-меланхолик, хотя и ничего шедеврального (поэтому не "отличный", а "хороший" (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) ). А то, что попсовый, то всё относительно. По сравнению с некоторыми турбогаражными депрессив-группами, конечно, может и "попсовый".

Послушал 2-й трек, так под него разве что спать -- грань однообразия они перешли. А периодический визг вокалера типа в транс должен вводить был, наверное... рекомендуется блэкарям при бессоннице.

Ну что же...
Спокойная такая музычка,даже однообразная.
Лучше бы не было этого эмо-скрима, бита, да и возраст сразу выдаёт (треки 3,4,5).
В общем не атмосферный вокал; не мужской, а подростковый. Вот в немецких группешниках - там хоть и плачутся, но не так; истерят, но специфично. Здесь же совсем перегнули.

Как оказалось, интрига растянулась аж на несколько альбомов: блэкового вокала как такового у них нет, только оры!
Просто всё построено так, что вопли неплохо вписываются в музыкальный материал, в отличие от европейских команд, где звучание сделано как камере экзекуций - вокал такой подчёркнуто-пронзительный, как будто кота за я*ца дерут (IMG:style_emoticons/default/22.gif)

Тем не менее, сделано достаточно качественно, чтобы рекомендовать к повторному прослушиванию.После Alcest, Amesoeurs и ребят из той же копилки.
