Достаточно стандартная работа для тех лет, как мне кажется. С одной стороны не особо удачные потуги на оригинальность, прогрессивные элементы в виде редких струнных, клавишных.. С другой стороны... в какой-то момент хотелось подпеть "Tears of mine" и остро вспомнились ранние Crematory, виной тому в первую очередь тембр голоса вокалиста и манера пения. Это я к тому, что данный альбом можно рассматривать не только в координатах прог-трэша (трэш здесь вообще под большим вопросом), но и с позиций прог-дэт-готика.
Так получилось, что в плеере я слушал Pieces Of Mankind (1998) каждый раз после Pessimist - Longaevus (2010) и неизменно ловил себя на мысли, что музыкальные основы у этих двух работ очень похожи, только чехи наворачивают на этот остов более смелые и талантливые решения, а у греков всё немножко буднично и поэтому менее интересно.
