Вот оно щастье! Ещё одна из групп, кассету которой я в своё время заслушал до дыр. Потом то ли потерял, то ли кто-то сознательно увёл у меня этот шедевр. Классический пример мелодического негерманского евротрэша.

Без зазрения совести следует назвать стиль на этом альбоме как техно-трэш (или, пофиг, прог-трэш). Голландцы очень удачно сочетали стандартные трэшевые приемы типа характерного гитарного звучания, чеса, ритма, звучания вокала и хоровых подпевок в припевах (Execrated (They Will Be), The Sickened Thrill) с отличительными чертами прогрессивного звучания. Здесь и акустическая гитара (Skin To Skin, заглавная), и резкие изломанные ритмы, и неожиданные смены мелодии (Disputed Death, The Die Is Cast). Нельзя не заметить, что альбом не затянут, не перегружен этими прогрессив-трэшевыми штучками, песни – нормальной продолжительности, так что к концу диска не чувствуешь себя уставшим от всех этих музыкальных «сложностей», и из-за этого содержимое альбома становится привлекательным вдвойне.
