However, arguments with other members of Judas Priest led to his decision to leave the band. After Fight (USA) split up, he formed an experimental industrial project called Two (or 2wo), which released a single album executive produced by Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails. The Halford project was formed as a return to a more traditional heavy metal style. Halford rejoined Judas Priest in 2003 and his solo work was relegated to being more of a side project. Fight had a song called "A Small Deadly Space" with lyrics that referenced the AIDS crisis. Rob Halford revealed in a 1998 interview that he is gay. Halford temporarily fronted Black Sabbath in November 1992 at the Pacific Ampitheatre in Los Angeles when their lead singer Ronnie James Dio refused to take the stage in support of their former vocalist Ozzy Osbourne. He stepped in for one more Sabbath gig in August 2004 when Osbourne was unable to perform due to illness.
