Originally formed as a solo-project in 2008 by Jono Bacon, a chance encounter with Chris Kontos of Attitude Adjustment/Machine Head at the Detroit airport in 2010 changed the direction to a fully functioning live band in the San Francisco Bay Area metal scene. Chris later introduced Jono to Jim Adams (Defiance) along with Chris' best friend Ben Gibbs.
Ben Gibbs decided to move to a new project playing drums for Artak Ozan (Ozan Demir Kabus) after he was successful in gaining refugee status by the USA. Jim Walls replaced him.
