Memorandum (Petter Marklund / XXX Atomic Toejam) was a one-man tribal (martial) industrial 'band' from Sweden. Mixing metal percussion with industrial sounds, dark ambient music, religious chants and demonic vokillz. Memorandum was the first band to release an LP on Cold Meat Industry. The project disappeared suddenly around 1994.
"Ars Moriendi" is a reissuing of the entire Memorandum discography, plus previously unreleased material.
