´´Therion played about half original material and half cover versions of tracks by bands such as Slayer (US), Celtic Frost, Exodus, Metallica, GBH. They recorded a couple of demo tapes, including the legendary ´Created in Hate´ demo and split up and reformed with new line-ups several times. Gigs were often very successful, but this was probably due to the expectations of our audiences - we simply didn't play frequently enough!´´
