Awesome pickup eyehategod.
Been following this band since 2008 and their first EP. If anyone ever comes across the Revengance EP that would be fantastic. 'Asphyxihate' sounds even better and more brutal on there.

Melodic Death/Thrash Metal?

The only thing that catches my attention really is the soloing. The rest sounds like any other Melodic Death or Thrash band.
