Don't know what it is but it's not 320kbps - spectrum looks horrible.
Either a transcode or the CD itself (CD-R ?) is made of lossy source. Thanks anyway :/

If that's really a rip from the original disc by Pervade Productions, and not just a cheap ass CD-R made of lossy mp3s from the internet, I'd go to that shop, wherever you got it from, and ask my money back. I would never support such record labels!

Shit happens even with big labels. Do you remember problems with first presses of Dark Matter Dimensions by Scar Symmetry? And it was Nuclear Blast. So I think this is just an an unfortunate accident. I can post scans of this cd, if you want. It was ripped not by me, but by a man whom I completely trust.

No no, I did not mean to offend you at all. If you say you got it from a trustworthy source, then I believe it.
But anyhow, this is probably the worst (professional/semi-professional) production I've ever come across in my 20 metallized years. The sound quality of this CD equals 96kbps mp3s. I mean seriously, the spectrum at some times starts dropping around 12KHz... what the hell were they doing. I assume the Record Label wanted to save money and pressed the bands mp3s straight to disc instead of using the master tapes.
