The Tunnel is Esipthycide's debut album -- a 10-part concept album that tells the story of a man who falls in love with a woman who doesn’t feel the same. As he realizes the truth behind her indifference, his obsession grows into anger, and he begins to lose control of his mind.

The story follows his descent into madness — from the early signs of emotional turmoil ("Omen"), to the moment he fully understands the situation and is overwhelmed by it ("Cognizance"), and finally, to the decision that ends it all in violence and death ("Death").

Musically, the album blends melodic death metal with thrash influences, heavy riffs, and intense vocals, matching the psychological progression of the main character. The Tunnel explores themes of unrequited love, identity loss, obsession, and the breaking point of the human mind.
