Yes it is true. I don't know what the hell is wrong with RusFolder since a few days ago. This is sad because it used to be great.

I am in Germany and I don't have any problems currently.
If you do, try to use the Tor browser.

In fact I don't have any problem with opening the first page. The problem is a Russian sentence in red meaning something like "At the moment foreign traffic in this file is larger than the Russian." I can even download the file but the DL speed is annoyingly low - seemingly due to the mentioned issue.

Why don't you use JDownloader, it's what i do. No problems what-so-ever.

I've heard a lot of great things about this JDownloader. I guess I'm going to use it, although I'm not sure it will improve the DL speed in this case. Thanks anyway.
