Stink was formed in 2004 by Dwoadlik to praise primitive hordes such as Botulistum and Ildjarn.
Most of the music and lyrics were written at that time, no music was recorded yet, as Dwoadlik was homeless at that time and was not in the possesion of decent recording equipment.
Stink's lyrics were written in an old local Dutch dialect.

In 2006 Dwoadlik got an oppertunity to record his demo at the house of a local friend

The first recording session for stink's demo started in February of 2006 with the track "Veengeest" (translated; Peatspectre)

A month after recording and mixing "Veengeest" The recording for two other tracks started; "Die meester's Laaimokkel" (translated; The Master's Trollop/Slattern/Slut)
and "Liken In Die Bojjum' (translated; Cadaver's In The ground)

The final track: "Dwoad" (translated; Death) was recorded in May 2006.


The demo was released in June 2006 on tape and only handed out to close friends, about 13 copies exist. Stink was put to the ground.

Stink didn't have any plans for the future yet, but in 2008 Stink decided to record one final track for a possible re-release of the demo tape.
The last recording session resulted in a cover, a track entitled: "Verkrachting Der Engelen"; a track originally recorded and released by Christfighter on his "Zieke Zielen" demo from 1999.
For this cover Dwoadlik used the drum track from the original version of "Verkrachting Der Engelen" by Christfighter.

Stink got in contact with a few small tape labels from the Netherlands in 2009, unfortunately none of them were interested in re-releasing "Die Dwoad Komt Nбder"
In September of that year Stink performed for the first and last time at a local underground festival; Celebration Of Elder Spirits, alongside with great local acts such as Smoke, Grift, Status Epilepticus and others.


in June 2010 (exactly four years after the release of Die Dwoad Komt Nбder) Dwoadlik decided to share the demo through the ways of the Internet.
This demo is now free to download and spread through any ways/means.
