Not to be confused with the other German band called Antichrist (which it's still active).
The band supposedly existed since 1991, and after releasing 4 demos and a split demo with a fellow Cologne band Antichrist, they got a chance to release a full album when Darker Than Black and Hate Records started cooperating.
When the authorities started cracking down on the ever-growing NSBM scene in Germany either one or both of those labels got raided, and subsequently all activities of those labels stopped, including the release/releasing of Mjölnir's work.
