Хотя, с учетом того, какую муть они играли в последние месяцы своего существования, то и не понятно, кто на эти концерты мог пойти и зачем.

Headspace – All That You Fear Is Gone

I Am Anonymous’ is one of the best debuts I’ve heard for a long time and remains a firm favourite to this very day, deserving of a place in my end of year best for 2012. Boasting the vocal talents of Damian Wilson and backed up by a group of seriously talented musicians, Headspace offer epic prog metal that blends technicality with extremely memorable song writing. I have actually been lucky enough to hear album number two, entitled ‘All That You Fear Is Gone’, and at this early stage in proceedings, as demonstrated by the following track, it is safe to say that it is unlikely to disappoint.

Redemption – The Art Of Loss

This US-based band is one of the very best within the progressive metal subgenre. Adventurous song writing, clinical execution and innate understanding of the role that melody has to play in such music. Add to this the ability to pen beautifully poignant and raw lyrics and you’re on to a real winner. Redemption are one of those bands that can seemingly do no wrong, with each and every album offering high quality progressive metal. Of course it helps that they are blessed with a singer in the form of Fates Warning’s Ray Alder, but it’s the overall song writing and vision of guitarist Nick van Dyk that helps take Redemption to a whole new level of excellence. The new album, entitled ‘The Art Of Loss’, is scheduled for a March 2016 release. I can’t wait!

Circus Maximus – Havoc

Here’s another band that found themselves nestled nicely in my 2013 end of year ‘best of’ series with the fantastic ‘Nine’. Norwegian band Circus Maximus are yet another superb progressive metal band that need to be part of your lives. Again, the compositions can be complex and relatively epic-sounding but they also manage to incorporate almost AOR melodies and choruses into their songs, meaning that a Circus Maximus album can be both challenging and beautifully memorable. ‘Havoc’ is the name given to the new release and it can be expected to hit in the next month or two.

It's official, We're back!

In mid 2015, each original member of Lost In Thought was contacted about the possibility of the band reforming. After many conversations and due to varying commitments and reasons, Greg, Simon and Chris were unable to be a part of Lost In Thought's new lease of life. Although we were saddened by this, myself (David) and Nate were still keen with the concept of reforming Lost In Thought and decided to get in the studio and write a track to see what would develop from the process and so 'A New Life' was born.

It was after that, we welcomed Bradley Ratcliffe and Josh Heard in to the LIT family and we would now like to welcome them in officially. Since Brad and Josh have come on board, we have been in the studio for several weeks and the writing process is well underway for our second album. We shall be updating regularly during this process

WITHERSCAPE, the progressive Death Metal outfit consisting of Swedish singer, multi-instrumentalist and producer Dan Swanц (ex Edge Of Sanity/Bloodbath, Nightingale, etc.) as well as fellow Swedish multi-instrumentalist Ragnar Widerberg, have announced the worldwide release of their sophomore full-length album "The Northern Sanctuary" for July 22nd, 2016 via Century Media Records.
