Original band name was "Marquis De Sade". They appeared, already as Savage Grace, on "Metal Massacre II" in 1982, with the song "Scepters of Deceit".

Brian East's Alleybrat was a hard rock band from Seattle. After issue of two singles he relocated to Los Angeles and joined Savage Grace.

Also released the song "Mainline Lover" (4:01) on the sampler "American Metal - Heavy'n'Dirty" (1993).
