Side-project of Land Phil from Municipal Waste, Cannabis Corpse is a marijuana-themed parody band of Cannibal Corpse. Later on they also began referencing bands such as Morbid Angel, Death, Deicide, Entombed, Gorguts, Nile, Suffocation, and Bolt Thrower; as well as Cryptopsy, Krisiun, and Napalm Death.
In 2009, Cannabis Corpse appeared in the satirical comedy film "In the Loop".
