VESPERIA was formed by bassist/vocalist Morgan Rider in the summer of 2005 as a black metal side project under the name BOLERO. In May of 2012 after scores
of shows, and multiple CD and video releases, the band decided to change their name to VESPERIA to accommodate the band's growing sound and direction.
Having recently unleashed their debut album, 'VOYAGE FROM VINLAND', the epic metal warriors behind VESPERIA are now gaining real momentum as they
prepare to release their mini cd follow-up entitled 'THE SWORDSMAN.' With a newly solidified lineup and ultra-refined live show, the band is on a steady path to
forging their way into the international scene.
