Forever Plagued Records is going to release Graveland’s Resharpening Thousand Swords, a rehearsal cassette tape (pro manufactured) of the infamous band’s iconic early black metal album, Thousand Swords. This has not been officially released until now, so fans and collectors might want to grab themselves a copy.
There are some fairly bad rehearsal recordings out there and, while I’m not judging (hey — they’re rehearsals, not studio albums!), they can sometimes suck to listen to, because you can’t hear much. This is, however, an example of a nice sounding rehearsal release.
The recording contains no vocals and no bass guitar, but is a thoroughly enjoyable listen for fans of the album.
