Раз они вдохновлялись Пантерой и Лэмб Ов Гад, то понятно откуда у Ninetail такое звучание, так что стиль, по-моему, лучше охарактеризвать groove\hardcore\nu metal...Тем более они ещё, видимо, переслушали American Head Charge, а это уже nu metal...Подытоживая сказанное, я хочу сказать что как такового элемента death\thrash metal здесь не проскакивает. В общем, с ними всё понятно.
