Это не срез, насколько я вижу.
На настоящем срезе вообще ничего бы выше 18,3 кГц не было кроме одиночных шумов,
а тут просто амплитуда сигнала снижена выше 18,3 кГц.
Думаю, из-за косячного кодека.
