Additional Notes

The band is known as アニメタル (pronounced Animetaru) in Japan.

On October 22, 2006, Animetal played their last concert because they wished to pursue their other projects (such as Syu's other bands and vocalist Eizo Sakamoto's very successful solo career and involvement with Anthem).

In 2011, an Animetal tribute band called "Animetal USA" was formed, featuring Michael Vescera, Chris Impellitteri, Rudy Sarzo, and Scott Travis.
