Рiss, -скорее всего, это одна из тем не включенных в альбом, или одна из 2-х (3-х и дале) уже студийных наработок из которых потом слепили одну песню, вошедшую в релиз. Допустим, если мне не изменяет память, для Reinventing The Steel было записано около 20-ти песен, в альбом вошли 10. Так что ждем еще килограмм ипишек в течение ближайших 10 лет. Материал есть, он востребован, так чож его не продать-та, а ?
Песенка ничего, а клипец уж больно посредственный и незажигательный, на полшестого так сказать

Я тоже так думаю - ведь записали Vulgar Display Of Power они вроде бы за шесть недель, а почти весь материал сочинялся во время долгого концертного тура в поддержку Cowboys From Hell. Ясно, что за это время Даймбэг сочинил и записал на свой четырёхдорожечник кучу всяких риффов, идей и т.д., из которых они и сотворили Вулгар, а часть наработок (и немалая, скорее всего) в альбом не вошла.
А следующий, Far Beyond Driven, они вообще за четыре недели записали.
