B.V 020 Absurd (Swe) – Discography ’91-’92 CD
For first time in the history the full discography of this obscure Swedish death metal band. This release contains the 7’’ EP Drained Of Body Chemicals (recorded at the infamous Sunlight Studios by Tomas Skoberg back in ’91) and released by the cult U.S label Seraphic Decay as well as an unreleased gig in Idebrunnen in ’92(7 songs), which consists of 3 unreleased songs, supposed to be included on the next Absurd release as well as the 3 songs of the EP and a Pungent Stench cover recorded live. All the songs have been re-mastered for the best possible result and new artwork, representative of the album’s spirit. All in all 10 tracks of Swedish death metal history of the early 90’s when death metal was making its first steps in Sweden and later progressed to the infamous Swedish sound. This release also includes a lengthy interview of the band to Nicola Constantini (featured on his book The Return Swedish Death Metal) as well as a collage of rare and unpublished bands photos. Ancient death metal from Mexico performed on its purest form. The legendary Shub Niggurath, with more than 20 years in history of death metal offer 4 exclusive songs recorded back in '90 -rehearsal versions- and a cover of Terrorizer. Necroccultus, with already 10 years in the death metal scene also offer us 4 exclusive songs recorded in '06-rehearsal versions- and 1 live song recorded in ‘07.In total 10 tracks of ancient death metal the Mexican way. This release comes with artwork made by Self Desecrator, as well as a collage of unpublished photos by both bands.

CARCASS заканчивают запись?

По слухам группа CARCASS заканчивает работу над первым за 17 лет студийном альбомом с продюсером Colin'ом Richardson'ом (FEAR FACTORY, MACHINE HEAD, NAPALM DEATH, SLIPKNOT, BULLET FOR MY VALENTINE), выход которого намечен на 2013 году на пока не раскрываемом лейбле.

Michael Amott и Daniel Erlandsson, выступавшие в туре с CARCASS, больше не являются участниками коллектива из-за занятости с ARCH ENEMY. К гитаристу Bill'y Steer'y и басисту/вокалисту Jeff'y Walker'y в студии для записи присоединился ударник Matthias Voigt из HEAVEN SHALL BURN.

В настоящий момент группа также занимается расписанием выступлений на 2013 год, включая шоу на Maryland Deathfest 2013 и Metal Fest 2013 (Чили).

Пока никакой информации о будущем диске нет. Всё, что есть, – единственное фото. Выйти работа должна в следующем году. 2012-11-30 07:00 - New York death metal veterans SUFFOCATION have released the cover artwork for their upcoming album „Pinnacle of Bedlam”.
Artwork was handled this time around by artist Raymond Swanland!

Derek Boyer (bass) commented:
”This artwork is a perfect portrayal of our music. The cover depicts lyrical content like "scales tip in degradation" and "hooded messenger
of death is now set forth, punishment for all". Raymond is an absolute BEAST of an artist!”

Guitar player Guy Marchais adds:
”The artwork for Pinnacle brings another element to an already brutal album. Raymond knew exactly what we were looking for and delivered!”

The record was produced by the band and tracked at Full Force Studios in New York by longtime collaborator Joe Cincotta. The mixing and mastering was handled this time around by
world renowned producer/engineer Zeuss (HATEBREED, ARSIS, SUICIDE SILENCE).

„Pinnacle of Bedlam” will be released February 15, 2013 via Nuclear Blast.

Новый альбом SORCERY выйдет в следующем месяце
"Arrival At Six", новая работа шведской дэт-металл группы SORCERY, выйдет 15 января на Xtreem Music. Обложку для него создал Daniel Devilish, а альбом будет доступен на CD и виниле (с первого февраля).
