как раз, эти дни в очередной раз слушаю альбомы 90-х. и снова как впервые. 1995 и 1998 - это особые шик и красота (IMG:style_emoticons/default/18.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/metaler.gif) альбомы, глобально повлиявшие на развитие дальнейшей тяжсцены. шерсть и халва пацанам (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pray.gif)

Лучшая работа группы. Такое впечатление, что музыканты раскрепостились в ноль, выдав отрадное смешение стилей. Трэшевый рифф в Body Hammer, хард-кор в Your Mistake и Resistancia, танцевальное мясо в New Breed (Revolutionary Designed Mix) и что-то невообразимо атмосферное, но угрожающее, как трубный зов, в A Therapy For Pain. И все это под фирменным звуком FF. Единственное, что мне не понравилось, это долбеж в оригинальной версии New Breed, но ведь такого совсем немного? И он был искуплен своим ремиксом? Так что получился один из альбомов, который слушается с большим вниманием, пусть и знаком до колик в животе (у 6666666?) Лучшие тут - A Therapy For Pain (тут и так все уже сказано) и Pisschrist с такими узнаваемыми ритмом и мотивом.

(IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) Очень уникальный альбом как для своего времени, так для истории тяжелой музыки.

Начинал правда не с этого диска - в начале 2000-х друг от какого-то знакомого принес кассету с (кажется!) "Digimortal", сказав: "Наподобие Слипкнот играют!" - ну, и по причине во-первых, ужасного качества записи (ибо: 1) кассета была переписанная; 2) кассета сама по себе была дешевой комплектации), во-вторых моего тогда в основном холодноватого отношения к команде из Айовы, прослушал на раз несколько треков и забыл ещё на пару лет.

А вот когда уже послушал именно сабжевый опус, впечатлился знатно. По сути из 11 оригинальных треков ни один не могу назвать слабым - крепко и концептуально с музыкальной точки зрения.

Emm Human, я начинал именно с него в году 96, это как откровение было, наряду с Therion - Theli, Hypocrisy - Abducted и Nyctophobic - War Criminal Views . Самое забавное, в соответствующих стилях меня больше так приятно не удивлял (если воспринимать FF как american metal industrial).
