вот такой вот дурацкий вопрос... %) какую банду вы назвали воплощением данного стиля??? если в других жанрах для меня все более-менее ясно (Slayer для меня навеки синоним истинного трэша, Джудас прист - хэви), то в "смертельном металле" все как-то неопределенно... %) хотелось бы узнать ваше мнение - какая банда, по-вашему, достойна завершить словосочетание "дэт металл - это..."???

во-первых, кавер хороший получился
во-вторых, у Хипокриси помимо него и еще пары вещей (все с первых двух) больше ничего достойного не услышал

ну в смысле как-ковенант это возможно реально чистый дет, а вот допустим алтарз оф меднез-эт всётки трешдет...начиная же с доминейшн-они как раз всячески начинают ломать устоявшиеся каноны стиля. Дет же по мне ваще никогда дета не играли)))

Знаешь, не могу не признать правду за тобой, в том смысле, что все альбомы Morbid Angel и Death уж точно нельзя назвать чистым death'ом. Но и ты согласись, что ранние альбомы вушеупомянутых ВИА может и не идеально чистый дэс метал, но все же к нему ближе, чем группы которые я отнес к "нечистым" (Nile, Gorguts, Cynic, Cryptopsy, Martyr). Так уж сложилось, что ортодоксальный death меня не слишком интересует, и, возможно, именно поэтому я ассоциирую его в первую очередь с этими не самыми "правильными" группами.
