Музыкально сольник Толиса звучит даже получше последних альбомов Роттинг Крайст. По первому впечатлению кажется что различий от основного материала группы минимум. После второго более детального прослушивания ловишь себя на мысли, что здесь все очень ровно, продуманно и даже гармонично. Но, третий раз я конечно Among The Fires Of Hell я слушать не буду.

Когда она только вышла (синглом) тоже так показалось, но потом по непонятной причине чуть ли не каждый день стал к ней возвращаться...

В целом это помесь поздних крайстов с альбомами 97-го и 99-го. Очень расслабленно, что в-общем и есть большой плюс, но при этом действительно гармонично.

"The latest issue of the Greek Metal Hammer is accompanied by the CD of the leader of Rotting Christ Sakis Tolis, "Among the Fires of Hell".
This is the only way the album will be released in physical format worldwide."

I do not know if Sakis decides to make it available later through his bandcamp page.

Не знал ведь, включил и с первой композиции догадался, что это "Рутинг Христ". Слушается очень хорошо, втыкается буквально с первого раза. Красиво, мелодично, атмосферно. Это альбом года, неиначе

Сакис Толис как Сакис Толис. По сути он же единоличный лидер того, что мы знаем Роттинг Храйст. Тот же магазин, но под новой вывеской.
Все эти треки могли так или иначе прозвучать на полноформатнике группы РХ, хотя отличия в некой энергетике есть. Альбом более воздушен и чуточку более помпезен, в записи много воздуха, легкие клавиши. Возможно, здесь есть какая-то понятная только Сакису идея, на выходе получился Роттинг Храйт версии "lite". Люблю музыку, которую он делает. Но сольник не стал откровением и никакого особого впечатления не произвел, хотя ностальгические нотки по периоду поздних девяностых настигли меня на We the Fallen Angels.
В основном товарищ грек полчаса толчет воду в ступе.
