Death - "Evil Dead" (настоятельно рекомендую послушать её в исполнении Nocturnal Breed - сразу поймёте, почему отнёс к балладам).
Morbid Angel - "Invocation Of The Continual One".

Позже ещё напишу, как вспомню.

EDIT: в принципе сюда ещё можно спокойно отнести половину творчества мексиканских Cenotaph и The Chasm.

Самая лучшая, эта та, что в студии осталось и на релизы не попала (IMG:style_emoticons/default/25.gif)
Хотя если исходить из понятия баллады, то окажется, что в дет металле такая форма песни весьма часто используется. например Dismember - On Frozen Fields неплохая баллада
