Вот вспомнилось - в принципе на Pan-Thy-Monium похожи ранние работы норвегов Beyond Dawn (особенно Pity Love 1995-го) - этакий авангардно-прогрессивный дэт-дум с ведущими партиями тромбона.

Ну, Фантомас и пр. к дэту совсем никак не клеится. То, что авангард хороший не спорю. Но просили-то с примесью дэта.

Может Disharmonic Orchestra, а?

Советую Strapping Young Lad, чтото более мение похоже на авангард, правда и на индастриал очень сильно смахивает, мой самый любимый альбом это City, The New Black!!!

Французский MISANTHROPE ранний однозначно и SADIST тоже ранний ....не совсем как PAN.THY.Monium конечно...но все же нестандартно.....еще такая группа...только там вокал женский - AGHORA...

замечательная группа между прочим, вроде и особых выкрутасов типа мегаломаных ударных (в 90% случае искусственно усложненных), но слушается на ура, и общее ощущение как бы сказать, прогрессивное короче.

Я бы тоже посоветовал Alchemist!!! Demilich - довольно авангарден.
Словаки Mentality - авангардный death grind с клавишной поддержкой...
