Sludge - дословный перевод с английского "густая грязь","слякоть", "топь" итп...
В общем я неправильно написал,имелось ввиду Sludge Death Metal(от перестановки мест слогаемыми сумма не меняется,но всё же)...
Дэт сладж - это дэт с такой мрачной атмосферой,с медленными,размерено-вязкими и основательными риффами,но не такие как в думе и к думу не имеют никакого отношения,просто похожи дерессивностью...
Надеюсь объяснил понятно и правильно...Просто не являюсь поклонником сладжа и дума чтоб полноценно об этом судить (IMG:http://metalarea.org/forum/style_emoticons/default/smile1.gif) !

sludge - результат симбиоза дума (именно _дума_, саббатовского и на грувовой основе, а не всякого задрот-метала со скрипками) и хардкора, если вкратце, грубо и очень обобщённо. Часто с грязным, сырым звучанием.

Слушал Shine и Navigator. В сравнении с этими альбомами этот не понравился. Чего-то не хватает. Попробую еще вслушаться. Музыка у Disbelief поражает своей гениальной простотой в которой выражается очень много чувств.

Ещё Crowbar тоже у истоков вроде стояли, по-моему, даже термин Sludge пошёл от названия группы-предшественницы Crowbar.
По теме - Disbelief пока вообще не слушал, качаю сабж.
