Спрашивал! Спасибо большое, превью было очень интригующим. Это, вероятно, уже тот микс альбома, который был выпущен лейблом, а не усилиями группы. А 2010, а не 2009, потому что только в 2010 альбом был выложен для платного скачивания.

Превью заставляет скачать альбум, ибо очень понраивлась тема Shadow and Pain, а точнее ее характер. Очень тонкая и красивая грань между агрессией и спокойствием и некой скорбью, как мне показалось. Назовем это "темное спокойствие", во (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile4.gif) Надеюсь весь альбом такой-же емоционально-насыщенный, спасибо (IMG:style_emoticons/default/9.gif)

Хороший альбом, хоть и мог бы быть лучше. Как часто случается в последнее время, приятная сторона — инструментальная, много насыщенной и интересной игры, как гитарной, так и с ведущими/симфоническими клавишными (симфоник не стал бы дописывать как стиль, обычные вариации на тему финской клавишной подложки), неприятная — вокальная. Как со стороны вокальной мелодики, которая в целом довольно блёклая, так и в отношении самого вокалиста, его технических данных, да и тембра. Вообще почти под любого более-менее "дрессированного" вокалиста можно написать настолько интересные партии, что недостатки будут скрыты почти полностью, но обычно подобный уровень композиторства демонстрируют группы такого уровня, которые могут привлечь и грамотного певца.

Прогресс по отношению к первой записи довольно ощутим, если в начале альбома кажется, что тег "мелодик дэт" лишний, то в дальнейшем можно услышать как отдельные фрагменты данного стиля в гитарной игре, так и некоторые композиции, почти польностью исполненные в данном ключе, так что не одни лишь пауэрные боевики может продемонстрировать данный альбом. Возможно, для решения проблемы чистого вокала группе стоило бы больше опираться на скрим, он здесь вполне качественный.

Как не мог здесь не написать так и не могу этот альбом хорошим назвать... По моему весьма посредственно там все. Да, есть у них своеобразные звучание и вокал но больше к сожалению ничего интересного. Странно но даже этот ваш Shadow and Pain не зацепил совсем...Наверное это у меня странный настрой сегодня какой-то ;-)

Швейцарцы преподнесли очень приятный материал!
Безумное переплетение стилей, постоянная смена ритмов, отличные соло партие и красивые мелодичные проигрыши очень приятно "проникают в мозг и сознание". Наличие heavy, sympho, progressive и мелодезовых кусочков прекрасно сочитаются друг с другом и в совокупности дают мрекранейшую музыкальную картнину, выполненную очень умело и профессионально, приукрашенную яркими красками!
