рипа, похоже, можно не ждать - вероятно, так изначально хреново сделали запись и частоты урезаны на 16 кГц с небольшими всплесками; качал флак - там тоже всё подрезано, хотя может ещё и появится нормальный рип.

Нормально.
Чуть разнообразнее предыдущего релиза, даже есть такая чудная зверушка, как Interlude (IMG:style_emoticons/default/crazy.gif)
Но прошлый был "сочнее", в плане звучания - тут как-то всё посуше, посуше... м-да

Альбом на голову выше невразумительного дебюта. В саунд добавили сала и жира, прибавили понятной атаки и читаемых раскатисты ритмов. Если не ослышался, в соло-партиях появились намеки на мелодии. Даже на акустике пошпарили. Выглядит, конечно, инородно. Но чего не сделаешь ради того, чтобы выбраться из болота однообразия. Местами этот Brutal звучит действительно увесисто, хотя и не сказать, что хуково. С одной стороны, здесь музыка выглядит более понятной. С другой, в ней по прежнему нет исполнительского и композиторского класса. Еле на 25 минут насочиняли. Эх, Гортуари...
